Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1+ years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

1 About the Opportunity A school district in Binghamton, NY is preparing for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and is seeking a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting students with specialized communication and learning needs. What You'll Be Doing Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students who are deaf or hard of hearing Partner with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure student success Contribute to IEP development and implementation Track progress and adapt strategies to meet individual goals Promote accessible communication across learning environments Caseload To be determined — more details will be shared during the interview process.
