Job Description

Special Education Teacher Duties:
Teacher is responsible for high school special education instruction, assessment and transition process of special education students in the Intense Management Needs program. A successful candidate must be able to instruct special education students with behavioral needs. The candidate must be able to work with other program staff to create a collaborative positive learning environment in which all student needs are met. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt learning to a wide range of levels are essential.
Qualifications:
New York State certification in Students with Disabilities, grade 9-12.

TriPlexus Term of Employment:
Full Time - 10 month
Salary:
Contingent upon education and experience and according to the Madison-Oneida BOCES Teacher Contract.
