Provide tailored instruction that meets the learning goals and accommodations outlined in students' IEPs Modify curriculum and teaching methods to address each student's unique strengths and challenges Foster an inclusive classroom culture that supports social-emotional and academic growth Regularly assess student progress, documenting and sharing updates with team members Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive student support Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
