Duties Deliver engaging lessons on skincare, facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments Conduct classroom instruction on hair styling, coloring, extensions, threading, and barbering techniques Teach advanced skills such as dermabrasion, laser treatments, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and esthetic laser procedures Supervise students during practical sessions to ensure safety and proper technique execution Mentor students by providing constructive feedback, guidance on career development, and support with lesson planning Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to adult education and active learning Assess student progress through evaluations and practical demonstrations to ensure competency in all skill areas Experience Proven experience working within the beauty industry across multiple disciplines such as skincare, massage therapy, hair styling, or cosmetology Prior teaching or training experience in an educational setting or classroom environment is highly preferred Extensive salon experience demonstrating mastery of services like facials, body waxing, nail care, eyelash extensions Knowledge of anatomy relevant to esthetic treatments and massage therapy techniques including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage Familiarity with aesthetic laser treatments and advanced skin care procedures such as dermabrasion is advantageous Strong background in student supervision, mentoring, lesson planning, and adult education methodologies Excellent communication skills in both languages to effectively instruct diverse student groups while fostering an inclusive learning environment Join us to empower future beauty professionals with your expertise!
