The teacher develops and implements individualized educational programming aligned with Ohio Learning Standards and students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The Intervention Specialist collaborates with staff, families, and related service providers to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and independence.
