Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Elementary Teacher to inspire and guide students in their early educational journey. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong commitment to student success. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, and social studies. Implement differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs of young children. Monitor student progress through assessments, standardized testing, and performance data analysis to tailor instruction effectively. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to foster a safe and respectful learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and educational technology integration. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones. Incorporate special education strategies and work with students with autism or other learning differences when applicable. Requirements Proven experience teaching elementary school students with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to adapt lessons for various learning styles. Experience working with children in early childhood education or private school settings preferred. Knowledge of curriculum implementation, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing procedures. Familiarity with educational technology tools, learning technology integration, and library services. Strong communication skills for effective parent-teacher interactions and team collaboration. Ability to perform childcare duties and support early intervention strategies when necessary. Experience working with individuals with autism or special education needs is a plus. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
