This full-time contract position is located near Dublin, OH, serving within the Columbus region. We are seeking two dedicated professionals to support high-needs students: one opening is within a high school setting, while the other focuses on grades K-5. Your expertise and compassion can make a meaningful impact, providing individualized support to help every student thrive.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid OH Intervention Specialist certification is required Previous experience working with high-needs students preferred Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning challenges Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach Passion for supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Create engaging, inclusive classroom environments that foster learning and positive behavior Track student progress, document outcomes, and make data-driven decisions to support achievement Employ innovative strategies and assistive technology to enhance learning Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive team culture
