Salary:

$3,756.67 - $4,359.77/monthly•Salary based on relevant experience, certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% or more of the time). About TES Academy TES Academy is a non-public charter school serving students ages 3-21. Many public districts in northeast Ohio contract with us to assist in educating their students who require more intensive instruction. Our classroom sizes are small and teacher/student ratios are low, enabling students to receive the personal attention they need and deserve. What You'll Do Provide small group and one-on-one instruction to students needing extra support in reading, writing, math, and other skill areas. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning style. Partner with families, general education teachers, and support staff to ensure consistent communication and progress tracking. Maintain compliance with IDEA and all relevant state and federal regulations.

We're Looking For Educators Who:

Hold a valid Special Education credential and ODE license (or a General Education license with willingness to obtain IS license) . Are committed to creating an inclusive, positive classroom environment. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and families. Can adapt instruction to meet a wide range of student needs.
