Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Behavior Support Provider (BSP) to join our foster care team. This position will provide mental health services to clients and caregivers in the home or community using a variety of therapeutic approaches as determined in the client's individualized service plan. The BSP will provide mental health interventions that address symptoms, behaviors, and emotional well-being to assist an individual in eliminating barriers to seeking or maintaining independence in personal, educational, and occupational environments.

Qualifications:

minimum of High School Diploma plus 3 years' experience. Bachelor's degree in social work or closely related field preferred. Experience in mental health and working with youth and families. ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of clients served, i.e. nontraditional schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license, insurance, and the ability to use your car for work, or have access to transportation to work.
