Works in a classroom that includes only students with IEPs, or works with students and teachers in regular classes. For students with severe disabilities, may focus on developing skills for independent living. Works as part of a team that includes therapists, school counselors or social workers.

At Fundraising University, you'll work directly with schools to support athletic programs while developing your own professional and financial future. Your Role This is a field-based sales position centered on building relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and school administrators throughout your assigned territory. Success comes from being consistent, professional, and committed to serving each school's unique needs. In this position, you will: Meet with approximately five schools each day. Learn about each program's fundraising goals and recommend solutions that fit. Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Take part in ongoing sales training, team meetings, and professional coaching. Our focus is not simply closing a sale. We aim to become a trusted fundraising resource for every school we serve. High-performing team members can advance into leadership positions and may have the opportunity to pursue franchise ownership. Compensation and Advancement Expected first-year earnings range from $75,000 to $150,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.
