Client Care Coordinator Location:
Serving Upper Black Eddy, Bath, Easton, Nazareth & nearby areas We are seeking a dependable and organized Home Care Coordination Specialist to join our Bethlehem-area team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and help ensure smooth daily home care operations. In this position, you will help coordinate caregiver schedules, support communication between families and staff, and keep client care running consistently and efficiently. You will be an important part of making sure clients receive timely and reliable support every day.
Responsibilities include:
