What You Bring:

Valid Pennsylvania certification in PK-4 and/or Special Education (required; emergency permits not accepted) Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably working with preschool-aged children Comfort with itinerant schedules and navigating between multiple community preschools Passion for individualized instruction and advocacy for students with special needs Strong communication and organizational skills

Your Role Will Involve:

Managing a caseload of approximately 30 students ages PK-4 across community preschool sites Delivering tailored special education services in accordance with each student's IEP Collaborating with families, teachers, and school staff to support student success Working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm (35 hours/week) Receiving targeted guidance and training at the start to ensure a smooth transition
