We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide instructional support to students across K-12 grade levels. This role centers on delivering individualized learning experiences, promoting academic development, and maintaining an inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
Primary Duties:
Provide specialized instruction to meet a range of student learning needs Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with IEP goals and academic standards Use effective classroom management strategies to support student engagement Maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other school personnel Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with special education regulations
Requirements:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with diverse learners preferred Strong instructional and classroom management abilities Ability to build productive relationships with students and staff Flexible, patient, and team-oriented mindset
