Pay:
$55.00 - $70.00 per hour (based on experience, availability, and caseload commitment)Perks:
Create your own schedule Weekly pay Direct deposit Consistent referral opportunities as caseload builds Minimal administrative work — focus on working with children Supportive, responsive, and collaborative team environment Keystone Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Instructors / Special Education Teachers to provide early intervention services to children from birth to 5 years old. In this role, you will work closely with children and families to support developmental progress through individualized, play-based strategies in natural environments.Duties:
Implement individualized family service plans (IFSPs) for children with developmental delays Adapt teaching strategies and activities to meet each child's unique needs Provide direct early intervention services in homes, daycares, and community settings Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other providers Monitor progress and adjust strategies to support developmental outcomes Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with EI guidelinesExperience:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience working with children ages 0-5 (early intervention experience preferred) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of child development and individualized instruction strategies Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Keystone Therapy is a Pennsylvania-based early intervention provider focused on delivering high-quality services to children from birth to 5 years old.
