Job Description

Unlimited Care is seeking a Behavior Support Supervisor to lead and expand our behavior support services across Western Pennsylvania, currently serving Lawrence, Butler, Beaver, and Allegheny Counties. This is a unique opportunity to both provide high-quality behavioral services and mentor a growing team of professionals. As a newly created role, this position is designed to strengthen, stabilize, and reimagine our behavior support program with a focus on quality outcomes and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of the Behavior Support Program Maintain a moderate caseload, including assessments and behavior support plan development Ensure compliance with ODP regulations and best practices Support, mentor, and collaborate with behavior specialists and team members Train staff and families to implement behavior plans effectively Monitor outcomes, documentation, and overall program quality Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ongoing program development
Qualifications:
Master's degree in human services, social work, or related field required. Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Minimum 3 years' experience working within IDD/waiver-funded behavioral services Prior supervisory or leadership experience required Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and take initiative in a changing environment
