- Onsite/Virtual/Hybrid Athens or Hinesville GA Join E-Therapy, Powered by Edustaff! E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking two compassionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year . This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one support to a student who benefits from consistent behavioral and physical assistance throughout the school day. You'll work as part of a collaborative educational team focused on helping the student succeed both academically and socially.

Support Model:
One-on-one behavioral support with significant physical assistance throughout the school day Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans Provide consistent one-on-one support to help the student access the educational environment. Assist with physical support needs as required throughout the school day. Collect and document behavioral data accurately. Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families. Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with district policies.
