A valid CDE Special Education (SPED) License with Generalist Endorsement (proof of application required if pending; substitute, temporary, or interim licenses are not accepted) License should specify: Professional Teacher License #000000; Endorsed in Special Education Generalist (5-21) Prior experience in a school-based Special Education setting Deep understanding of the IEP process and legal compliance Demonstrated expertise in developing, leading, and implementing specially designed instruction and differentiated instructional strategies Ability to support students on alternative academic standards Candidates must be able to work fully on-site; this is not a virtual or hybrid role
