Multiple full-time roles are available for skilled educators specializing in Special Education, serving diverse student needs across various grade levels and settings.
Openings include:
"Core" team positions collaborating with experienced special education teachers to deliver co-teaching/inclusion services, provide direct academic instruction, and offer targeted pull-out support to students. Resource/Academic Seminar role focusing on individualized and small-group academic support. Transition Teacher responsible for coordinating student job placements, leading direct instruction for career readiness, and conducting a small number of IEP meetings. 5K Transition Teacher working in a self-contained environment for young learners with disabilities, with two supportive assistants, helping students gradually integrate into general education settings. Self-contained classroom educator for grades 6-8, supporting students with moderate disabilities alongside two classroom assistants. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in special education, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to fostering growth and independence in every learner.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification Prior experience with co-teaching, inclusion, resource, or self-contained classrooms Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance requirements Passion for supporting diverse learning needs Ability to collaborate with colleagues, assistants, and families
