Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to students with varying needs in a resource classroom environment. Develop and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring clear goals and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with fellow educators, paraprofessionals, and support personnel to foster an inclusive school environment. Adapt lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet student goals and support academic achievement. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on student progress, accommodations, and modifications. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and collaborate on strategies for success.
