Job Description

Special Education TeacherFull-Time | 2026-2027 School Year | School-BasedWe are seeking a Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in a school setting for the upcoming school year. This role focuses on delivering individualized instruction, supporting academic and behavioral growth, and ensuring students have access to the curriculum in alignment with their IEPs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Provide differentiated instruction based on student needs and learning stylesMonitor student progress and adjust instruction using dataSupport behavioral, social, and emotional developmentCollaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and familiesParticipate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related fieldActive state teaching certification or eligibilityExperience working in K-12 special education settings preferredStrong classroom management and communication skills
