Shift Details:
Day 5x8-Hour (TBD) 40 hrs / week Special Education Teacher Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to students in both small group and one-on-one settings Assist with implementation of IEP goals and accommodations Support classroom instruction and daily activities Help manage student behavior using established intervention strategies Collect and record student data as directed by the teacher or BCBA Assist with transitions, routines, and reinforcement strategies Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Previous experience working with children, preferably in a special education setting Experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, or other developmental needs preferred Ability to follow directions and implement behavior and instructional plans Strong communication and teamwork skills Minimum of 1 year related experience. Additional certifications may be required. Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
