Manage classroom responsibilities effectively by establishing clear behavior expectations, maintaining discipline, and fostering an inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming projects or assessments. Requirements Proven experience teaching middle or high school students in media arts, technology, or related fields. Strong knowledge of learning technology platforms, educational software, and digital tools used in classroom instruction. Familiarity with curriculum development standards such as AP style, Chicago Manual of Style, and instructional modifications for diverse learners. Expertise in subjects including Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra, Calculus, Math education (including standardized testing), and literacy education. Experience working with children with special education needs and adapting lessons to various learning styles. Excellent communication skills for effective public speaking, parent-teacher interactions, and teacher collaboration. Ability to mentor students in extracurricular activities such as sports coaching or library services when applicable. Knowledge of educational compliance regulations and experience implementing curriculum across different grade levels. Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning environment. Prior experience working in private schools or Montessori settings is advantageous but not required.
