Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a supportive school district in Roebuck, SC who are seeking qualified Special Education Teachers for contract opportunities during the 2026/2027 school year . These are onsite, school-based positions supporting students in resource and self-contained educational settings.

Schedule:
8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (subject to change)
Daily Hours:
7.5 hours |
Weekly Hours:
Up to 37.5 hours per week
Available Openings:
Moderate Intellectual Disabilities (ID) Self-Contained Classroom and Resource Teacher Positions Required Qualifications Valid South Carolina Teaching Licensure with Special Education Certification Experience working with special education students in resource and/or self-contained settings preferred. Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEPs. Monitor academic and behavioral progress. Maintain required documentation and compliance with special education regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families. Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
