Serious Inquiries Only! First Steps 4K Teacher must have a two year associates degree in Early Childhood, or a Bachelors degree in some form of Childcare. Teacher will be working with the First Steps program and teaching a classroom of up to ten children, teachers will also have to attend first steps trainings. You will also be responsible for doing lesson plans, setting up parent conferences, working close with the First Steps Coach and also the center directors. Teacher must follow the center policies, must have at least 2 references, must have six months of childcare experience, and be able to pass a DSS background check. Apply online or in person....
