Duties Provide attentive pet care, including feeding, administering medication, and monitoring health status Assist with dog training sessions to promote good behavior and socialization skills Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for pets and staff Offer pet sitting services by caring for animals in their owners' absence, ensuring a stress-free experience Maintain cleanliness of kennels, cages, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards and prevent illness Experience Prior experience working with animals in kennels, or pet sitting environments is highly preferred Knowledge of dog training methods and animal handling techniques is preferred Familiarity with pet grooming tools and techniques is a plus Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for animal transport or equipment handling Background in animal restraint, veterinary assisting, or animal care roles demonstrates your readiness for this dynamic position Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for animals fuels positive experiences for pets and their owners.
