Key Qualifications:
Current certification in Special Education (in Tennessee or eligibility for reciprocity) Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in grades K-3 Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to create and adapt lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom climate
Primary Responsibilities:
