Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Irrigation Specialist and Landscape/Lawncare Workers to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance outdoor environments through expert irrigation installation, landscape maintenance, and lawn care. The ideal candidates will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, horticultural knowledge, and a passion for delivering top-tier service. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water efficiency and landscape health. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-up to uphold client standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist with lawn care services such as seeding, sodding, aeration, and soil preparation to promote healthy turf growth. Conduct landscape enhancements including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features when needed. Follow safety protocols rigorously while working with construction equipment or during excavation activities. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment such as excavators. Prior experience in irrigation installation or repair is highly preferred. Strong understanding of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques. Knowledge of horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and landscape design. Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments. Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service. Valid driver's license required. Relevant certifications in irrigation or landscaping are a plus but not mandatory.
