Key Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges Use evidence-based instructional methods to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure an inclusive classroom environment Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and regularly communicate with parents and caregivers Participate in school meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities Foster a nurturing, respectful environment that encourages student independence and self-advocacy
