Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Benefits Health care plan options 401(k) with employer match Weekly pay Competitive rates Professional support and development State Requirements - Education, Licensure, and Certification Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution Valid Texas Standard Certificate in Special Education (EC-12), issued by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Passing score on the TExES Special Education EC-12 examination Completion of a TEA-approved educator preparation program, including required practicum hours Special education teachers of record must hold appropriate grade-banded content certification for each assigned subject area, or demonstrate content competency per TEA guidelines.
