Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Client Care Specialist / Medical Scheduler to manage and coordinate medical treatment for personal injury clients. This is a high-responsibility role that requires someone who already understands the personal injury treatment process and can confidently coordinate care between injured clients and medical providers. If you do not have prior experience working with personal injury patients or in a personal injury treatment setting , this position will not be the right fit. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in: Pain Management Clinics Physical Therapy Clinics treating accident patients Orthopedic or PI specialty practices The right candidate will understand treatment stages, specialist referrals, and the importance of patient compliance in injury cases. This role acts as the treatment coordination hub between our clients and their medical providers.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments for personal injury clients Referring clients to appropriate specialists (pain management, PT, ortho, imaging, etc.) Monitoring treatment progress and ensuring client compliance Following up with clients who miss or cancel appointments Communicating with medical offices to secure timely appointments Tracking treatment status and documenting all referrals and scheduling activity Working closely with the legal team to ensure clients stay on track with treatment This position requires someone who can manage a high volume of clients while maintaining organization and accuracy. Required Qualifications These requirements are mandatory. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical training or clinical experience (Medical Assistant, clinical coordinator, etc.) Experience working with personal injury patients Experience in pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, or orthopedic offices Strong understanding of personal injury treatment flow Ability to coordinate multiple appointments and referrals daily Strong phone communication and client management skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Preferred Experience Candidates with the following experience will stand out: Medical Assistant (MA) Personal Injury Treatment Coordinator Pain Management Scheduler Physical Therapy Front Desk / Scheduler Experience coordinating referrals to pain management, MRI facilities, orthopedics, and PT This role is not ideal for someone new to medical scheduling or personal injury treatment. $22.85 - $30.00 per hour
