Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Master Teacher to lead early childhood education initiatives and foster a nurturing, engaging learning environment for young children. In this vital role, you will serve as a mentor and instructional leader, designing innovative curricula and implementing best practices to support children's developmental milestones. Your expertise will inspire both students and fellow educators, ensuring every child receives a high-quality educational experience that promotes growth, curiosity, and confidence. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Lead classroom activities that promote active learning, social-emotional development, and positive behavior management. Collaborate with families to support children's welfare, progress, and individualized learning needs through regular communication and parent engagement. Mentor and coach teaching staff to enhance classroom management skills, lesson planning techniques, and instructional strategies. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and inform instructional adjustments. Facilitate professional development workshops focused on childhood development, special education strategies, early intervention techniques, and classroom management. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, safety protocols, and child welfare policies across all educational settings. Qualifications Proven experience in classroom management within early childhood education environments, including preschool or daycare settings. Strong background in curriculum development with expertise in literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methodologies. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and developmental needs. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, staff, and community partners. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood education. Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred; preschool experience is essential. Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
