Position Overview Triumph Public High Schools is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and passionate individual with a heart to serve and educate at-risk youth and young adults. As a SPED Teacher at Triumph Public High Schools, you will provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities while ensuring they have access to the general education curriculum and the services outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with general education teachers, administrators, and families Provide specialized instruction and accommodations to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities Lead and participate in ARD meetings, evaluations, and compliance processes in accordance with state and federal law Track student progress, maintain required documentation, and ensure due process and compliance Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth in the least restrictive environment This position may occasionally require work on Saturdays, during the summer, or travel within the State of Texas. Required Qualifications Valid Texas Special Education certification issued by SBEC Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to pass pre-employment fingerprinting and background check Preferred Qualifications Two (2) or more years of experience teaching special education Experience working with high school students Experience participating in ARD committees and evaluation processes Bilingual in

English and Spanish Compensation Annual Salary Range:

$53,900-$69,900 (based on a 197-day work schedule) Salary placement is based on education, experience, and credentials Salary is prorated from the effective date of hire (Equivalent to approximately $273.60-$354.82 per workday, depending on placement.)
