We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Two's Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored specifically for two-year-olds, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow confidently. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote early literacy, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional growth tailored for two-year-olds Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that supports toddler care and encourages curiosity Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Conduct child development assessments to monitor growth and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards Incorporate early intervention techniques to support children with special needs or developmental delays Lead activities that promote physical education, fine motor skills, and cognitive development aligned with childhood development principles Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, particularly with toddlers or preschoolers Strong knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and childhood development instruction Experience teaching literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and preschool activities Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in child welfare laws is preferred Ability to plan lessons effectively using standardized testing results when applicable Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child abuse or neglect Demonstrated classroom experience in private or preschool settings is advantageous Join us as a Two's Teacher to shape the earliest years of children's lives through engaging lessons, compassionate care, and dedicated support. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
