Our approach centers on fostering curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional development through hands-on learning, play-based activities, and intentional guidance. As a member of our staff, you will:
  • Create and maintain a safe, engaging classroom atmosphere where children thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood best practices.
  • Support children's development in language, math, science, and the arts through interactive, experiential learning.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Observe and document children's progress, adapting instruction to meet individual needs and interests.
  • Encourage respectful interactions and model positive behavior, helping children develop self-regulation and empathy.
  • Maintain classroom routines, organization, and a clean learning space.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends and techniques.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and a caring, patient demeanor. Experience is not required.
