As a member of our staff, you will:- Create and maintain a safe, engaging classroom atmosphere where children thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood best practices.
- Support children's development in language, math, science, and the arts through interactive, experiential learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Observe and document children's progress, adapting instruction to meet individual needs and interests.
- Encourage respectful interactions and model positive behavior, helping children develop self-regulation and empathy.
- Maintain classroom routines, organization, and a clean learning space.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends and techniques.
