Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, preferably in a school setting Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other communication methods used in deaf education Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching

Key Responsibilities:
