Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Classroom/School Aide to join our educational team. Responsibilities Support classroom teachers by assisting with student interventions, extensions while taking data to support instruction. Ensure confidentiality of student information while documenting progress and incidents accurately in compliance with privacy regulations. Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred. Experience supporting students with special education needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum standards such as the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and familiarity with IEP processes is advantageous. Proficiency in basic math skills, literacy education strategies, and lesson planning for preschool or early childhood levels. Strong communication and writing skills to document student progress clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
