The teacher develops individualized education plans and collaborates with staff and families to support student success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Adapt instructional materials and lessons to support student learning needs. Administer assessments and monitor student progress toward goals. Provide support for students requiring medical or personal care assistance. Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student outcomes. Direct instructional assistants and classroom support staff. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to student services. Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe classroom environment.
