Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in an engaging educational environment. Duties Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods Create a welcoming classroom environment that promotes active learning, creativity, and curiosity among students Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies Support children's social-emotional growth by fostering respectful interactions and promoting child welfare Conduct assessments using standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor student progress Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support individual learning needs and early intervention strategies Incorporate special education techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and developmental needs of children Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, and early intervention techniques Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions Experience working with students with special needs or in early childhood education environments such as Montessori or private schools is highly desirable Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a supportive learning environment Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and literacy education best practices Previous experience caring for toddlers or working within early intervention programs is a plus Join us to shape the future by inspiring young learners!
