Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in education, particularly in daycare or special education settings, and possess strong communication skills. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive learning environment for students.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
  • Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods
  • Manage classroom activities and promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success
  • Conduct behavioral therapy interventions when necessary
Experience:
