We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join our supportive secondary school team and help students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an inclusive and nurturing environment, in the Norfolk Area, where every student is encouraged to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. The Role As a SEND Teacher , you will be responsible for: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet individual learning needs. Developing personalised learning programmes and interventions. Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress. Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider support teams. Contributing to EHCP reviews and annual review meetings. Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and life skills. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a SEND Teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Has experience working with students with SEND within a secondary school setting. Demonstrates a strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies. Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Is patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people. Can create engaging learning experiences that promote student achievement. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
