Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Teachers to inspire and educate students across various age groups and learning needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for fostering academic growth, social-emotional development, and inclusive learning environments. As a Teacher, you will design engaging lesson plans, implement individualized education programs (IEPs), and utilize innovative instructional strategies to support diverse learners. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives through compassionate guidance, curriculum development, and classroom management. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs. Adapt instructional methods to accommodate students with disabilities, including those with autism, hearing impairments, or visual impairments. Collaborate with special education teams to create and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Utilize learning technology and educational tools to enhance student engagement and understanding. Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Conduct assessments, standardized testing, and progress evaluations to inform instruction. Provide mentorship and academic advising to support students' personal growth and educational goals. Incorporate behavioral therapy, speech therapy, music therapy, or recreational therapy techniques as appropriate for student development. Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, Montessori methods, or other specialized teaching approaches. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and communication with parents or guardians regarding student welfare. Experience Proven classroom experience in diverse educational settings, including private schools or early intervention programs. Demonstrated expertise in special education disciplines such as behavioral health, behavioral management, or applied behavior analysis (ABA). Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Familiarity with curriculum development across subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and library services. Knowledge of instructional design principles and the integration of learning technology tools. Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is highly desirable. Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to mentor colleagues and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Experience in classroom management techniques that promote inclusive participation and child welfare.
