Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Spark meaningful change in students' lives as an in-person Special Educator for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to support a vibrant educational community with several openings for passionate educators focused on inclusion, skill-building, and student advocacy. These contract roles are based on-site and commit to fostering student success across middle and high school levels.
Your Role Will Include:
Delivering engaging, individualized instruction for students with diverse learning needs Developing and implementing effective IEPs in compliance with state regulations Providing direct services and case management, with some positions partnered alongside an experienced remote Case Coordinator Collaborating closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to best serve each student's unique needs Maintaining detailed documentation and ongoing progress monitoring Using innovative strategies to enhance student outcomes and participation
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Valid state-issued Special Education teaching credentials (current and in good standing) Experience working with middle and/or high school students in a special education setting Demonstrated skills in IEP development, implementation, and case management Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration abilities Commitment to on-site instruction—remote options are not available for these openings
