Step into a meaningful role supporting young learners as a Kindergarten Behavior Interventionist. In this full-time, contract opportunity, you'll help kindergarten students with Individualized Education Programs thrive academically and personally. You'll work in an engaging, school-based setting near South Burlington, contributing directly to early educational success for children needing additional behavioral, communication, and daily living support. Working alongside a collaborative team led by a special education teacher, you'll deliver individualized and small-group interventions tailored to diverse needs. Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and group assistance for kindergarteners with IEPs to foster growth and engagement Implement targeted behavioral, communication, and accessibility interventions Support students in developing independent daily living skills Collaborate closely with special educators, related service providers, and general education staff Reinforce instructional strategies as directed by the supervising teacher Accurately track and document student progress

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
