In this role, you will serve as a key leader in designing and implementing engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate curricula for young learners. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire both students and staff, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development, literacy, math skills, and social-emotional growth. As a Lead Teacher, you will play an integral part in shaping positive learning experiences while ensuring that each child's unique needs are met through personalized instruction and collaborative teamwork. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Lead classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, behavioral health, and social skills development. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavioral therapy techniques and behavior management strategies. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of classroom management. Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using standardized testing methods and provide regular feedback to parents and team members. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or private school environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development, special education practices, and working with individuals with autism or other disabilities. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula in literacy education, math, behavioral health, and behavioral therapy. Excellent communication skills for mentoring staff, collaborating with families, and documenting student progress effectively. Familiarity with classroom management techniques Ability to create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional well-being.
