In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and instruction across various classrooms, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and development. Your adaptability and passion for early childhood education will help maintain seamless classroom operations and support our dedicated teaching staff. Duties Assist in implementing curriculum development strategies tailored to the developmental needs of children across different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers Support classroom management and behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment Collaborate with lead teachers to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects Provide hands-on childcare and early intervention services, ensuring each child's safety, well-being, and developmental progress Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and classroom activities Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards while documenting observations and incidents accurately Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, providing consistent support to ensure smooth daily operations Skills Strong experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments Knowledge of childhood development instruction, special education needs, and early intervention techniques Proficiency in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development for young children Excellent communication skills for parent communication and team collaboration Familiarity with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure child safety at all times Experience teaching physical education or tutoring in foundational subjects like math or literacy education Understanding of mandated reporting laws, child welfare practices, and behavior management strategies Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and adapt to varying classroom dynamics Join us in creating a vibrant learning environment where every child feels valued and inspired!
