  • (TVI) provides specialized instruction and learning experiences that support the social, intellectual, and emotional development of students with visual impairments. This educator designs, implements, and adapts instructional programs to help students build essential skills and function successfully in academic and daily environments.
  • ?? Responsibilities
  • + Provide individualized and group instruction to visually impaired students + Develop and implement instructional programs tailored to student needs + Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth + Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers + Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations + Document services and student progress as required If you want, I can add a more detailed •responsibilities section•.
  • ?? Minimum Requirements
  • + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred + Valid
  • state teaching certificate
  • as required + One year of experience as a TVI preferred + Current CPR (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
