• Part-time, Full-time, Contract The School District of River Falls is seeking positive, knowledgeable, and student-focused educators to serve as Special Education Teachers in the following positions beginning with the 2026-27 school year: 0.5 FTE Special Education Teacher
• Cross Categorical Early Childhood 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher
• ID emphasis, Elementary 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher
• EBD emphasis, Elementary 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher
• Cross Categorical, Elementary 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher
• Cross Categorical, High School The ideal candidates will:
• Hold a current special education license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
• Have related experience.
• Lead, support, and collaborate with paraprofessionals and other staff to meet the needs of students.
• Have a passion for supporting, educating, and advocating for students with disabilities.
• Demonstrate an ability to establish and maintain a positive connection with students and families.
• Be able to maintain a positive learning environment at the related level.
• Have strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Have the ability to design and implement academic, behavioral, and functional instruction related to the common core essential elements.
