Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting the needs of students as a Special Education Teacher near West Bend, WI. The role is set to start as soon as possible, allowing for valuable shadowing time before fully stepping into the classroom. What We're Looking For:
Current teaching certification in Special Education (SPED) Previous experience in a Special Education environment preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to quickly integrate into new classroom settings and connect with students Passion for supporting diverse learners and managing varied classroom needs Flexibility and adaptability to handle covering multiple leave positions Commitment to upholding individualized education plans (IEPs) and supporting student progress
Key Responsibilities:
