Job Description

On-Call Substitute Teacher (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
Implement the regular teacher's lesson plans and classroom procedures. Maintain a safe, positive, and well-managed classroom environment. Supervise students and ensure their safety throughout the school day. Communicate professionally with school staff and document important classroom information for the regular teacher.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). At least one year of experience working with children. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Experience in education or childcare (required).
Ideal Candidate:
Enjoys working with children and supporting student success. Is flexible and able to accept assignments on short notice, including early morning calls (around 7:00 a.m. ) for same-day assignments. Is reliable, punctual, and professional. Adapts quickly to different schools, grade levels, and classroom environments.
Job Details:
On-call; assignments vary based on school needs.
Pay:
$16.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on the candidate's education level and relevant K-12 teaching experience.)
