- If you do not have a substitute permit or teaching credential, you must have Bachelor's degree.
- If you do not have a substitute permit or teaching credential, you must turn in your Bachelor's Degree Official Transcripts to COUSD. Please do not send until you are asked to do so.
- DOJ Fingerprints required (paid by applicant)
- Negative TB test within the past 4 years (to be turned in if hired, please do not attach to your application)
